About

Carolina Ocampo is a Colombian filmmaker, digital producer, and licensed real estate agent known for her powerful storytelling focused on social justice. Born in Fresno, Tolima, she began her artistic journey studying Performing Arts at the Charlot Academy and graduated from Florida International University (FIU) with a Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Production and a minor in Film.

She is the founder of Uniglobal Media, a multimedia production company dedicated to impactful storytelling, digital content, and visual media. As Vice President of the National Association of Hispanic Journalists (NAHJ) chapter, she led the creation of El Tiempo, a Spanish-language segment for Caplin News, and was awarded the Voces del Periodismo prize for Best Social Media Story.

Her experience in real estate exposed her to the silent injustices faced by underserved communities, inspiring her latest documentary—a bold, truth-driven project aimed at exposing systemic issues and advocating for real change through media.
